Horacio Morales

Horacio Morales began their career in 2011 as an Engineer Intern at Brady Corporation. Horacio then moved to Strukmyer Medical in 2012 as an Engineering Manager and Engineer. As an Engineer, they were responsible for general engineering manufacturing applications and practices, and was also the Safety Coordinator. Horacio was a project manager for new products, providing cost estimations and developing new products on existing machinery. Horacio also worked on process improvement, purchasing new machinery and equipment, and completing Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification, and Performance Qualification. Additionally, they were a Quality Engineer, company representative for external customer audits, and a member of the internal audit team. Horacio was also responsible for CAPA and all related activities, and was a trainer and Safety Coordinator.

Horacio Morales attended The University of Texas at Arlington from 2006 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a field of study in Mechanical and Nuclear Engineering.
