Carl Kelso

Carl Kelso is a Principal Embedded Engineer at Stryd since January 2020, with extensive experience in embedded systems, control theory, and digital signal processing. Previously, Carl worked at Amazon as a Software Development Engineer II for Prime Air from May 2014 to January 2020, focusing on test development. At Lockheed Martin, Carl held various roles including Research Engineer, where responsibilities included designing SPAN electronics and implementing micro-power mixed signal electronics, and Software Engineer, emphasizing firmware development and embedded operating systems. Early career experiences include positions at NVIDIA, Rochester Institute of Technology, IBM, and Cauldron Solutions, contributing to projects in software development, diagnostics, and sensor technology. Carl holds both a MS and BS in Computer Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology.
