Andrea Filter, MBA, is a seasoned professional currently serving as Principal Portfolio Manager at Stryker since September 2022. Previously, Andrea contributed to 3M as a Global New Product Marketer until the divestment of the business unit in September 2022. Before that, Andrea held multiple roles at Perrigo Company plc, including Lead Commercial Strategy & Implementation Manager and various positions from Account Manager to Marketing Intern between 2012 and 2021. Andrea's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from Cardiff University and a Bachelor’s degree from Grand Valley State University.
