Andy Pierce

Mr. Pierce oversees our Endoscopy, Medical and Sustainability Solutions divisions, as well as Flex Financial, Healthcare Systems and Stryker’s Global Technology Center (SGTC). He began his career with us in 1996 in a marketing role and later joined our Instruments division sales force. He transitioned to Product Manager for our Craniomaxillofacial (CMF) business, and then held various marketing and operations leadership positions. In 2008 he was promoted to Vice President and General Manager of CMF and later became Vice President and General Manager for our Surgical and Neuro Spine ENT business units. Most recently, he served as President of our Endoscopy division where, under his leadership, the division has been a strong performer, delivering market-leading sales and dependable profit growth.

Mr. Pierce graduated from Hope College where he earned bachelor’s degrees in business, psychology and political science.
