Fabrina Derryberry

Fabrina Derryberry serves as the Group VP of Human Resources for Orthopaedics & Spine and NIS and GCF at Stryker, a position held since September 2005, where significant contributions include leading a multi-year global project to transform HR service delivery, implementing the Workday platform, and enhancing HR capabilities. Prior roles at Stryker involve transforming the HR function for a $2.2 billion division and progressing through various HR leadership positions. Previous experience includes serving as Human Resources Director at Westwood College and Senior Manager of Human Resources at Verado Holdings. Fabrina Derryberry holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Human Resources from Colorado Mesa University, along with completing a leadership program at Harvard in 2009.
