M. Kathryn Fink

Ms. Fink is responsible for all human resources policies, practices, planning, direction and activities, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Total Rewards and HR Shared Services.

Ms. Fink began her career with us in 2013 as Vice President, Talent Management and became Vice President, Human Resources, MedSurg and Neurotechnology Group in 2015.

Prior to joining us, she held a number of HR roles of increasing scope and complexity at Cintas Corporation and Ethicon Endo-Surgery, a division of Johnson & Johnson.

Ms. Fink holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Kenyon College and Master's degree in human resource management (HRM) from Rutgers' School of Management and Labor Relations.
