Szczepan Kuzbiel

Szczepan Kuzbiel has extensive experience in the medical sales and management field, particularly within the orthopedic and spine sectors. Currently serving as Senior Business Unit Director for Joint Replacement in Northern Europe at Stryker since June 2006, Kuzbiel has held several leadership roles, including General Manager for Joint Replacement in BeNePol and Business Unit Manager for RECON. Notable achievements include being recognized as the 2015 Best GM/BUM of the Year in Europe. Earlier roles at Stryker included National Sales Manager for Spine, where impressive sales growth was recorded in multiple years, and Sales Representative, achieving significant milestones in budget achievements and sales performance. Prior to joining Stryker, Kuzbiel worked for Synthes, Orion Corporation, and Fournier Pharma in sales representative positions. Academic qualifications include a degree in Prosthetics and Orthopedics from Bialystok University of Technology.
