Tina Stephens

Tina Stephens, CPRP, currently serves as the Director of Real Estate & Development at Watercourse Group, a strategic planning firm engaged in public and private project facilitation, since May 2023. With extensive experience in the real estate sector, Tina has been a Realtor at Stryve Realty since November 2013, addressing the real estate needs of buyers, sellers, and investors. Previously, Tina worked as the Recreation Program Coordinator for Tarrant Regional Water District from June 2016 to May 2023, where responsibilities included collaborating with stakeholders and consultants to maintain access and development along a federal floodway. Tina also held the position of Managing Partner and Director of Development at Tiza Group from October 2006 to May 2011, managing limited-service hospitality projects across Texas. Tina earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design and Visual Communications from Texas Tech University between 1997 and 2001.
