Cathy Stuart

Cathy Stuart is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and business law, including expertise in insurance regulatory matters, risk management, corporate bankruptcy, employment law, franchise law, trademark law, administrative law, tax-exempt organizations, insurance coverage litigation, sports law, and workers' compensation defense. Since 1995, Cathy Stuart has served as the Manager/Member of Stuart Law Firm, PLLC, while also holding the positions of Administrator, General Counsel, and Board Member for Tax Exempt Organizations since 1986. Previous roles include Assistant Attorney General at the North Carolina Department of Justice, Adjunct Instructor at the University of North Carolina School of Law, and Law Clerk to Chief Judge Franklin T.
