Neel Vaghela

Neel Vaghela has been working in the professional field since 2012. Neel began as an Administrative Assistant at DBP Law Solicitors in 2012, followed by a Customer Services Advisor role at Asda in 2014. In 2018, they began working at Accountagility as an Implementation Specialist and Business Analyst. In 2021, Neel took on two roles, Technical Business Analyst at Stubben Edge and LUCID UX. At Accountagility, Neel was the lead for a project relating to the delivery of process optimization/streamlining for the calculation of insurance claims and a global planning solution in line with the Agile methodology. Neel was responsible for leading on elicitation, analysis and definition of business requirements with key project stakeholders through workshops, as well as mapping existing customer journey processes and creating appropriate ‘As Is’ and ‘To Be’ diagrams.

Neel Vaghela completed a BSc (Hons.) Mathematics with Computer Science at Brunel University London from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended Park High School and Sixth Form from 2009 to 2013.
