Alexander Tang

Alexander Tang is a corporate associate at Stubbs Alderton & Markiles, LLP since July 2022, previously serving as an associate in the Life Science Corporate Group at Goodwin from July 2021 to July 2022, focusing on Capital Markets, M&A, and EC/VC. Prior experience includes working as Corporate Counsel at Etekcity from August 2019 to July 2021, where responsibilities included managing legal matters for various brands in mechanical devices, IoT, and mobile apps, and advising on the initial public offering on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. Alexander Tang holds a Juris Doctor in Intellectual Property Law from Santa Clara University School of Law (2016-2018) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry from the University of California, Riverside (2010-2014).
