Jessica Salvador has a diverse work experience in customer service and management roles. Jessica started their career as a Customer Service Representative at STARTEK in 2012. Jessica then moved to Ayala Corporation as a Concierge in 2011, where they provided exceptional customer service and support to guests. In 2014, they joined Xerox as a Customer Service Representative, handling inbound calls from healthcare providers and providing information on healthcare benefits. Jessica also worked as a Communication Coach Apprentice at Xerox, evaluating agents' communication and language skills. In 2015, they joined MicroSourcing as an Operations - Customer Service Administrator, taking on various roles including Team Lead, Team Manager, and General Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing operations, leading teams, and ensuring client satisfaction. Currently, they are the Head of Customer Service at Student Beans, where they manage customer service operations and ensures exceptional customer experiences.

Jessica Salvador completed their Bachelor's Degree in AB Mass Communication at Far Eastern University from 2009 to 2012.
