Sarah Bruce

Sarah Bruce is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in outdoor recreation and public relations. Currently serving as the Communications Coordinator at the Society of Outdoor Recreation Professionals since November 2019, Sarah manages social media and produces a bi-weekly newsletter. In addition, Sarah holds a Media Intern position at Student Conservation Association, focusing on creating digital and print media. Previous roles include Park Ranger at Katmai National Park and Preserve, Communications Intern at the Society of Outdoor Recreation Professionals, and Community Volunteer Ambassador for the National Park Service. Sarah's educational background includes dual Bachelor's degrees in Recreation, Park and Tourism Management and Public Relations/Image Management from Penn State University.
