Stephanie Lynch

Stephanie Lynch's work experience includes being the Chief Investment Officer & Chief Financial Officer at Student Quarters since April 2018. Stephanie is responsible for the firm's investment and capital raising strategies. Stephanie also serves on the executive team and Investment Committee. Stephanie is a DC Founding Member at Chief since April 2021. Prior to this, they were a Senior Managing Director at Savills Studley from September 2014 to March 2018. Stephanie also worked as a Managing Director at PRC Real Estate Investment Banking from January 2013 to September 2014 and at Ceres Capital Partners from April 2011 to December 2012. Before that, Stephanie served as a Senior Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle from January 2006 to March 2011, where they were responsible for various financial and investment transactions. Stephanie started their career as an Assistant Vice President at Spaulding & Slye Colliers from 2000 to 2006 and also worked in corporate fundraising at Boston Symphony Orchestra from 1996 to 1998.

Stephanie Lynch completed their education history with a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business. Stephanie pursued this degree from 1998 to 2000 with a focus on Finance. Prior to their MBA, Stephanie obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Colby College between 1992 and 1996. During their time at Colby College, they studied Music and Business Administration. Stephanie's earlier education took place at Medfield High School in Medfield, Massachusetts, where they completed their high school education from 1988 to 1992.
