Megan Simmons

Megan Simmons is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in government affairs, operations, and community outreach. Currently serving as the Associate Director of State Government Affairs at Everytown for Gun Safety, Megan oversees critical operations and manages data tracking for school safety initiatives. As Operations Advisor for Student Voice, Megan develops organizational budgets and manages financial matters while also leading grassroots programs empowering youth. Previous roles include Community Outreach Coordinator at JDRF International, and various positions focused on brand development and social media strategy. Megan holds a degree from Barnard College and has participated in the prestigious Facebook Community Leadership Program as a Youth Fellow.
