Frances Johnson has a diverse range of work experience. In 2010, they co-founded and became a director at a company called a dozen eggs. Frances then went on to work at Loughborough University, where they held multiple roles including tutor for a degree course and visual communication pathway, as well as head of the visual communication pathway for the foundation course. In 2013, they became a partner at We Tie the Knot, before joining the RSA as a fellow in 2017. Their most recent role is as the head of brand at StudentCrowd, which they started in 2020.
Frances Johnson attended Sixth Form College, Solihull from 2004 to 2005, where they pursued AS/A levels in Geography, Art, IT, and Maths. From 2006 to 2007, they studied Art & Design foundation at Warwickshire College. Following that, from 2007 to 2010, Frances pursued Visual Communication at Loughborough University.
