Jaap Dietz

Jaap Dietz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the staffing and recruitment industry. As the founder and co-owner of Studentenuitzendbureau Recruit a Student since January 1999, Jaap has implemented a soft-franchise system that allows for flexible candidate selection and assignment fulfillment. Prior to this, Jaap served as Director at Superwas Bedrijfs Service from January 1995 to January 1998, and held the position of Director at Dietz Agencies from 1990 to 1994. Jaap began career as a Handelsagent before pursuing higher education at Open Universiteit and Baronie van Breda college, earning a VWO degree, in addition to obtaining a Master’s degree in NLP.
