Carmen Pierce

Carmen Pierce is a professional with diverse experience in management, human resources, and film production. Currently serving as the Management & HR Coordinator and previously as a Management Associate at Studio Theatre since May 2022, Carmen has developed strong organizational skills. Prior roles include Graduate Student Instructor at Ohio University, Staff Specialist at Duke University Health System, and various internships in prominent media companies such as Skydance Media and Silver Pictures, where responsibilities ranged from script coverage to social media management. Carmen holds a Master of Arts in Film Studies from Ohio University and previously earned a Bachelor of Science in Film and Television from Boston University, supplemented by a certificate in Publishing from the Columbia Publishing Course in Oxford, UK.
