Pooja Navadiya (She/Her/Hers)

Pooja Navadiya has over 12 years of professional experience in software quality development and engineering. Pooja began their career in 2008 as a Software Project Trainee at Elitecore Technologies. In 2010, they worked as a Firmware Test Intern at Anritsu. Pooja then moved on to Savvis in 2011 as a QA Engineer and to Motorola Mobility as a Quality Engineer. In 2012, Pooja joined Adobe as a Software Quality Development Engineer for Video Creation and a QA Engineer for Ad Platform Quality Engineering. In 2021, they were a Quality Engineer Lead at Kizen and is currently a Lead QA Engineer at Studio X.

Pooja Navadiya has a strong educational background. Pooja obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Gujarat University between 2004 and 2008. Pooja then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Software Engineering at San Jose State University from 2009 to 2010. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including a Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance in March of 2014, and three certifications from LinkedIn in July of 2022: Building Your Visibility as a Leader, Managing High Potentials, and Project Management Skills for Leaders.
