David Mason

David Mason has a wealth of work experience, having held various positions since 1994. David co-founded SpeedServe in 1994, then went on to become Managing Director Interim CEO at buy.com in 1999. In 2006, they founded StudioNow, where they held the role of Founder, Chairman and CEO. In 2010, they joined AOL as SVP StudioNow. In 2014, they founded BuyHappy, where they were Founder, Chairman and created a best price retail app with real time product and price data on over 100 million SKUs. In 2019, they founded Octerra, where they held the role of Founder, Executive Chairman, and was also a Strategic Advisor for FOH&BOH. In 2020, they became a Strategic Advisor for PowerBuy.

David Mason attended Montgomery Bell Academy from 1987 to 1991. David then attended The University of the South from 1991 to 1995, graduating with a BA in History with Honors. During their time at The University of the South, they also took undergrad courses at King's College London's War Studies Institute from 1993 to 1994.
