Vallabh Venkatachalam

Vallabh Venkatachalam is a Mechanical Design Engineer at Studsvik since September 2021, where responsibilities include creating and managing design documentation and developing control plans for manufacturing and testing. Prior experience includes serving as a Master Thesis Student at Nomor AB, focusing on the design of an automated mechanical rat trap and engaging in 3D modeling. Working as a Project Student at Höganäs AB, Vallabh contributed to the repair of large-scale cylindrical workpieces using laser cladding and conducted damage measurements through simulations. Additional project work includes benchmarking and designing at Atlas Copco. Vallabh's educational background comprises a Master's degree in Engineering Design from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Technology. Early education was completed at Bishop Cotton Boys' School.
