Dr Urvashi Sahni

Dr. Urvashi Sahni is the Founder President and CEO of the Study Hall Educational Foundation (SHEF), a non-profit organization dedicated to transforming the lives of millions of children, especially girls and young women, through community engagement and equitable educational practices. With over three decades of experience, Dr. Sahni has also served as an Asoka Fellow, a Non-Resident Fellow at the Center for Universal Education at the Brookings Institution, a Schwab Fellow with the Schwab Foundation for Social Entrepreneurship, and a Co-Founder of Catalyst 2030. Educated at the University of California, Berkeley, Dr. Sahni earned a PhD in Education between 1989 and 1994.
