Sandra Halladey has a long and varied work experience. Sandra began their career in 1989 as a Recruitment Specialist for ADIA. Sandra then moved to Community Focus, a Project of the Tides Foundation, in 1991, where they served as Program Coordinator of the Transitional Housing Fund. In 1993, they became the Director of Recruitment and Training for San Francisco School Volunteers (now the Ed Fund). In 1999, they co-founded and became the Associate Director of Parents for Public Schools of San Francisco. In 2006, they joined the College of Creative Arts at San Francisco State University as a Development/Alumni Relations/Arts Marketing professional, and in 2013 they became the Director of The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at San Francisco State University. In 2015, they started their own consulting business, Sandra Halladey Consulting Services, and also worked as a Recruitment and Marketing Strategist/Storyteller for Study in the USA.
Sandra Halladey attended the University of Sussex from 1981 to 1985, where they earned a BA Hons in American Studies - Literature. In 1983, they participated in a year abroad program at the University of California, Santa Cruz, also in American Studies.
