Danielle Kondor

Danielle Kondor has several years of experience in account management and business development roles. Danielle is currently working as the Director of Account Management at StudyKIK, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Associate Director of Account Management at StudyKIK from February 2022 to January 2023.

Before joining StudyKIK, Danielle worked at Synteract as an Associate Director of Account Management from October 2020 to February 2022. In this role, they were responsible for developing and managing the Account Management team to generate leads and open new business opportunities.

Danielle also has experience at PPD, where they held various roles. Danielle served as a Senior Account Manager in Account Development for biotech phase II-IV clinical trial management from April 2019 to September 2020. In this role, they established and nurtured the sales pipeline and mentored new colleagues. Prior to that, they worked as an Account Development Manager from February 2018 to April 2019, contributing to business development by engaging new clients and managing a client list. Additionally, they worked as a Feasibility Specialist from November 2016 to February 2018 and as a Feasibility Associate from December 2015 to November 2016 at PPD. In these roles, they created strategic feasibility deliverables, maintained project records, and supported clinical management.

Danielle's earliest work experience was as a Qualified Professional at Physician Alliance for Mental Health from March 2013 to December 2015. In this role, they worked with adults suffering from mental illnesses and substance abuse, providing support and scheduling client appointments.

Danielle Kondor began their education in 2007 at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, where they focused on Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. Danielle then transferred to the University of North Carolina Wilmington in 2008 and completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology in 2012. In terms of certifications, Danielle obtained the Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Skills Training from DELTA BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, LLC in January 2015 and the NCI Interventions- Prevention and Alternatives (Part A) from North Carolina Interventions in March 2013.
