Andrew Hayes, CPA, CA, CGA, MPA, serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Sturgeon County since August 2021, with prior experience at Strathcona County from April 2012 to July 2021, where roles included Acting Director of Financial Services and Financial Reporting Manager, overseeing comprehensive financial reporting and cash flow management. Previous to joining Strathcona County, Andrew held the position of Designated Professional at MNP from 2008 to April 2012, providing assurance and tax compliance services across various sectors. Andrew holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Victoria and a Bachelor of Applied Business Administration in Accounting from NAIT.
