Mai Richards

Mai Richards has extensive experience in operational support and management, notably at Life Time Inc. since February 2013, where responsibilities included optimizing inventory, maintaining Cost of Goods Sold (COGs) under budget, and achieving positive contribution margins. At Sturgis Buffalo Chip, Mai has developed and managed the Chip Fam VIP club while assisting with corporate sponsorships. Additional experience includes roles at U.S. Bank, where training in Business Banking and financial analysis was undertaken, along with an internship focusing on customer business loans. Mai also contributed to alumni engagement at the University of Minnesota and facilitated youth leadership programs at Youth Farm. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business & Marketing Education from the University of Minnesota.
