Rares Serban has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rares started their career as the GM/CREATIVE DIRECTOR at Lykon Advertising, where they successfully managed the company's startup, achieved significant turnover growth, and expanded the customer portfolio. Rares then worked as the GM's Assistant Manager at Andrew Nurnberg Bucharest, where they achieved the highest advance contracted on the Romanian copyright market and implemented efficient database and collection systems.
