Bogna Pasterska

Bogna Pasterska has extensive experience in talent attraction, acquisition, and recruitment. Bogna currently holds the position of Head of Talent Attraction and Acquisition at STX Next, a role they started in April 2022. Prior to this, from January 2021 to March 2022, they worked at Carlsberg Shared Services as an HR Manager, HR BP, and TAA Manager. During their time at Carlsberg, they also served as an Experienced Hire Lead from September 2019 to December 2020, a Senior Recruitment Specialist in July 2019, and a Recruitment Specialist from July 2018 to June 2019. Before joining Carlsberg, they worked at Hays as a Talent Acquisition Consultant from December 2013 to August 2018. Bogna also held the position of Recruitment Specialist at manBase from March 2012 to December 2013, and briefly worked as a Recruitment Consultant at PGB Human Resources from January 2012 to March 2012.

Bogna Pasterska completed a Magister degree in Ekonomia at Uniwersytet Przyrodniczy w Poznaniu from 2007 to 2012.
