Natalia Machińska

Natalia Machińska has extensive work experience in human resources and management roles. Natalia is currently the People & Culture, HR Director at STX Next, where they manage a team of over 30 HR professionals in a 600+ person IT company. Their responsibilities include developing and implementing HR processes and projects across the company. Prior to their current role, Natalia worked at Carlsberg Shared Services, where they held various HR positions, including Business Partner, Manager, and Communication, Employer Branding & Campus Recruitment Lead. Natalia also served as the Personal Assistant to the Vice President & Board. Additionally, Natalia worked as the Management Board Assistant at Salveo CEE and as a Junior Office Manager at Sokołowski Zdrojewski Ścibisz Radcy Prawni Spółka Partnerska/legal advisers. Natalia began their career at Volkswagen Group Polska, where they worked as an Assistant in Porsche Sales Department and as a Receptionist.

Natalia Machińska's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in English Philology from Wyższa Szkoła Języków Obcych im. Samuela Bogumiła Lindego, completed between 2005 and 2009. Natalia also attended Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu from 2006 to 2007, where they studied Political Science and Journalism. Additionally, they pursued Applied Linguistics at the same university from 2009 to 2011. Later, they attended Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu again from 2011 to 2014, majoring in Language Interpretation and Translation. In 2019, they studied Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at Kozminski University until 2020. Natalia also briefly attended Stowarzyszenie Księgowych w Polsce in 2020 to study Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Additionally, Natalia has obtained a certification in "Practical Success Metrics in Your Training Program" from LinkedIn in 2022.
