Darin Smouse

Darin Smouse has over 18 years of experience in senior management roles in the real estate industry. Darin has worked for Centex & Pulte as a Director of Acquisition, Entitlement, and Development, overseeing real estate development projects in multiple counties. Darin also served as a VP of Construction, leading residential and multifamily construction projects of up to 640 units annually. Prior to this, Smouse worked at Atwell-Hicks Development Consultants as a Manager of the Remote Design Team. In 2011, they founded Virginia Development Services (VDS) & Cross River Builders, where they served as an Owner and Principal Consultant, overseeing various aspects of real estate entitlement and development. Darin recently worked at StyleCraft Homes of VA as a VP of Land Development, leading the acquisition, entitlement, and development of properties in the greater Richmond, VA metro market.

Darin Smouse earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management from Michigan State University.
