Bonnie Lau, SHRM-CP has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. Bonnie began their career in 2010 as a Document Clerk at Paul Hastings, then worked as a Global Attorney Development Intern at the same firm. Bonnie then held the role of Community Organizing Intern at API Equality-LA. In 2010, they were the Site Director at USC Women and Youth Supporting Each Other. From 2011 to 2012, they were the Professional Development & Pro Bono Coordinator at Fenwick & West. In 2015, they were the Recruiting Coordinator at Rovi Corporation. From 2016 to 2017, they were the Professional Development Coordinator at Fenwick & West. At Wyre, they were the People Operations Manager from 2017 to 2019 and the Director of People from 2019 to 2020. Lastly, at StyleSeat, they were the Senior People Partner from 2020 to 2021, the Manager of People Operations from 2021 to 2022, the Senior Manager of People Operations from 2022 to 2023, and is currently the Director of People Operations.

Bonnie Lau, SHRM-CP has an educational background that includes a B.A. in Art History from the University of Southern California, an Instructional Design Bootcamp from General Assembly in 2019, and prior education from the Singapore American School and Westmont High School. Bonnie also holds a LifeLabs Learning Founding Community Member certification from LifeLabs Learning obtained in July 2022 and a SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM obtained in June 2019.
