Mátyás Boros has a diverse work experience. Mátyás started their career in 2016 as an Undergraduate Research Fellow at King's College London, where they tested the performance of a Canadian wildfire simulation software called Prometheus, developed algorithms to manipulate and analyse simulation output and input data, and wrote a publication about the research into a scientific journal. In 2017 they joined FXC Intelligence as a Product Developer and Analyst, where they were responsible for overseeing and managing the development of internal research/survey data validation systems and an application that were used for delivering FX pricing data products to prestigious retail banks & payment companies. In 2020 they joined The Redzone Group as a Software Engineer, where they engineered backend services and backend APIs using Python, AsyncIO, Flask, Redis, Docker, PostgreSQL, and AWS. In 2021 they joined The Institute of Clever Stuff as a Software Engineer, where they worked on Python Flask + Ruby on Rails backends, GCP infrastructure using terraform, project cost and security optimisations, and implemented ETL system in airflow / Cloud Composer. Mátyás is currently employed at Suade Labs as a Software Engineer since 2022.
Mátyás Boros obtained a Bachelor of Science in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from King's College London between 2014 and 2017. Prior to this, they attended Radnoti Miklos High School from 2010 to 2014 where they studied Advanced Physics. Mátyás also holds a MongoDB Certified Developer Associate Exam from MongoDB, which they obtained in September 2018, and an IELTS English Language Certificate from the British Council, which they obtained in July 2014 with a score of 7.0.
