Mark Browly is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in payroll management and budgeting within the maritime industry. Currently serving as Marine Payroll Manager at SubCom since June 2021, Mark previously held roles such as Accounting Services Specialist at Oliver, Rainey & Wojtek, LLP, and Global Payroll Manager at V.Group. With a strong background in budget processes and proposals management, Mark has played key roles in managing crew management budgets, supporting ship management, and enhancing operational efficiency through strategic projects. Mark’s expertise is supported by a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. Jude College, obtained in 2006.
