Matthew Harrington

Matthew Harrington has extensive experience in the maritime industry, currently working as the Fleet Regulatory and Compliance Specialist at SubCom. Matthew is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company's Safety Management System in accordance with international regulations. Prior to this role, Matthew served as a Fleet Operations Manager at LISCR, where Matthew managed vessel movements and ensured compliance with relevant laws and procedures. Matthew also has experience as a Regional Safety Compliance Manager in the Northeast United States, overseeing flag oversight activities to ensure compliance with International Conventions and Maritime Laws. Matthew's education includes a Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation from Massachusetts Maritime Academy.
