Mike Dumont

Mike Dumont has extensive work experience in the field of light-wave optical transmission equipment and communications systems. Mike has held various roles in different companies, including Managing Director and Plant Manager at SubCom, Director of Optical Transmission Systems at TE Connectivity, Director of Test Engineering at Tyco Telecommunications (now known as SubCom), Sr. Project Engineer at Focal Inc., and Project Engineer and Product Development Engineer at CR Bard. Throughout their career, Mike has demonstrated successful leadership in product manufacturing, talent management, and cross-functional team management. Mike has also been involved in various aspects of product development, including design, development, testing, and commercialization.

Mike Dumont earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of New Hampshire in 1988. Mike then pursued a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Tufts University, which they completed in 1995.
