Ryan Faber

Ryan Faber is a seasoned professional in marine operations and logistics management, currently serving as the Manager of Fleet Operations at SubCom since July 2020. In this role, Ryan excels in overseeing the global movement of vessels, ensuring compliance with policies while minimizing project disruptions, and achieving significant cost reductions. Previously, Ryan worked as a Marine Personnel Specialist at SubCom, coordinating crew changes and managing compliance during challenging circumstances, including a global pandemic. Additionally, Ryan has experience as a Strategic Sealift Officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve and has held various positions at Military Sealift Command, where responsibilities included navigation, cargo operations, and safety management. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Logistics and Intermodal Transportation from the United States Merchant Marine Academy.
