Kelvin Hayes

Kelvin Hayes is an experienced sales leader with a significant background in the solar energy sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales at SubcontractorHub since January 2023, Kelvin is responsible for onboarding over 250 new clients and developing a Demand Generation team that has driven more than 800 product demonstrations. Previously, as Director of Business Development at PowerFi Energy, Kelvin managed a virtual sales team and generated $2 million in revenue. At Infinity Energy INC, Kelvin oversaw ten Account Executives, contributing to $5 million in monthly sales, and held the position of Account Executive at Solar4America PetersenDean where significant contract negotiations occurred. Kelvin also has experience establishing successful dealer networks and driving substantial sales growth at JLM Energy, Inc. and Paramount Solar.
