Niveditha Lalge R has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Niveditha currently serves as the Director of HR & DEI at Subex since July 2023. Before joining Subex, Niveditha worked as an Associate Business Development Manager at Mindteck from September 2005 to May 2010. Niveditha also gained experience as a Business Associate at Span Outsourcing from 2004 to 2005 and as an Internet Sales Professional at addr technologies from November 2003 to July 2004.

Niveditha Lalge R completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics & Communication from B. M. S. College of Engineering in the years 1996-2000. Prior to that, they attended B.H.S First Grade College from 1994-1996, specializing in Science. In 1988-1994, Niveditha completed their 10th grade education at Sudarshan Vidya Mandir. Additionally, they have also obtained certifications in Coaching and Developing Employees from LinkedIn in 2021 and Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging in 2020.
