Wen Tsen

Wen Tsen Liao is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the APAC Lab Manager at Submer since July 2023, where key contributions include establishing a regional office and integrating suppliers for a major project. Prior experience includes a role as a Thermal and Mechanical Engineer at Molex from July 2020 to June 2023, focusing on 800G/1.6T transceiver deployment and collaboration with major data center brands. Earlier, Wen Tsen Liao gained hands-on experience as a Mechanical Engineer at Molex and completed military service with the ROC Army in Taiwan. An academic background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from National Chiao Tung University and participation in an Exchange Student Programme in Engineering Product Development at Singapore University of Technology and Design.
