Kelly Koontz

Kelly Koontz serves as President of Submeter Solutions Inc. since July 2020, having previously held the positions of Principal and VP from February 2010 to July 2020. Submeter Solutions, established in 1999 in Washington State, specializes in the sale, service, and installation of meters and submetering equipment for electric, water, and natural gas systems. Prior to this, Kelly Koontz was the Executive VP and GM at Jevco International from June 2001 to February 2010. Kelly Koontz earned an education from Seattle Pacific University between 1979 and 1982.
