Brittany Jones has a long history of work experience. Brittany began their career in 2009 as an Account and Event Manager for Tuxedos and Tennis Shoes Catering, where they managed all aspects of planning, production and execution of memorable event experiences for a diverse client base. In 2013, they moved to Williams Helde Marketing Communications, where they served as an Account Executive and managed the Philips Oral Healthcare Dental Professional eCRM Program. In 2015, they joined Destination Missoula as an Event Services Manager, where they strategically managed the services delivered to incoming sporting events, festivals and conferences in the Missoula market. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager at Submittable.

Brittany Jones obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Fashion Merchandising and Business from Seattle Pacific University between 2004 and 2008. In June 2022, they obtained a Customer Success certification from Portland State University's Center for Executive and Professional Education (CEPE) and a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER.
