Nathalie Louys

Nathalie Louys is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the offshore and subsea engineering sectors. Currently serving as General Counsel and Vice President Legal - Commercial at Subsea 7 since January 2011, Nathalie has developed a strong expertise in legal and contractual matters. Prior to this role, Nathalie held the position of Director Legal & Contracts at Acergy from February 2006 to January 2011, and was the Legal & Contracts Manager for Africa & Mediterranean during that time. Nathalie began a legal career at Technip Group, working as a Senior Legal Adviser from 1996 to February 2006, and started as Legal Counsel at Coflexip from 1996 to 1999.
