Chris Balt has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Chris most recently worked at Subsplash as the Senior Director of Software Engineering. Prior to that, they held a role as the Director of Engineering at DocuSign, where they built and led a team of software engineering leaders. Before joining DocuSign, Chris spent several years at Microsoft, where they held various roles including Director of Engineering, Group Manager of Engineering & Experience Design, and Senior Product Manager. Chris also has experience in digital marketing and securities brokerage, having worked at KBM Group, OppenheimerFunds, BlackRock, and Pacific Capital Resource Group. Chris started their career as a Web Developer at Bowers Web Media.
