Jeff Hite

Jeff Hite is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and design, currently serving as a Senior Designer at Substation Engineering Company since December 2018. Prior to this role, Jeff Hite was employed at First Energy from May 1987 to September 2018 as an Advanced Technical Specialist, overseeing SCADA systems for the PENELEC division, which involved managing over 1000 radio-controlled devices. Earlier in the career, Jeff Hite held the position of Service Manager at Sound Communications from 1980 to May 1986, overseeing radio systems in Maryland and West Virginia, and served as a Station Engineer at WKMC/WHPA from 1977 to 1979, ensuring the station remained operational during the development of the FM side WHPA.
