Kevin Wallace

Kevin Wallace has a diverse professional background focused on customer satisfaction and public relations. Currently, Kevin serves in guest satisfaction roles at ZMC Hotels since May 2022 and as a customer satisfaction representative at Suburban Propane since August 2022. From September 2009 to September 2022, Kevin was the publicity manager at JaK's Services & Vending, LLC, where responsibilities included managing and promoting the eBook and paperback editions of "Rhoda The Damsel," which achieved rapid sales success. Additionally, Kevin held the position of general manager at the same company, emphasizing customer service and forming a key partnership with Le Bonheur Children's Hospital. Between May 2012 and December 2013, Kevin also contributed to BNI as a mentor coordinator after transferring to a newly formed group in Tupelo, MS.
