Kristen Barney is a skilled professional with extensive experience in training and quality improvement. Currently serving as Manager of Quality Improvement and Training and Corporate Trainer at Suburban Propane since April 2009, Kristen facilitates sales and customer service programs for field Customer Service Representatives and high-performance coaching for field management. Kristen is also a member of the Leadership Greater Syracuse Class of 2023. Prior to Suburban Propane, Kristen worked as a Senior Training Specialist at Deluxe Marketing Solutions from January 1997 to April 2009, where responsibilities included designing, developing, and facilitating training programs, as well as managing new hire classes. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and Writing from the State University of New York College at Potsdam.
