Andrew Kubik is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruiting and operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Recruiting Operations and Director of Recruiting at Lazio Search Group, Inc. since December 2021, Andrew has played a key role in identifying and recruiting top talent across various industries, including supply chain and logistics, software, IT, and automotive. Additionally, Andrew has been a member of Suburban Sports Group since November 2012, where responsibilities include supervising staff, creating marketing strategies, and overseeing rink operations. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Walsh College and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Operations and Supply Chain Management from Southern New Hampshire University, expected to complete in 2026.
