Erica Kosa

Erica Kosa began their career in 2007 as an Administrative Assistant at Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. In 2008, they joined the University of California, San Diego as Manager of the Team Internship Program and Executive Assistant of the Corporate Affiliates Program. In 2013, they became a Recruiter/Sourcer at Google. In 2015, they began working as a Recruiting Consultant and Career Coach at EK Careers + E Resumes Austin. In 2022, they joined Subvrsive as the Director of People & Culture, where they are responsible for recruiting, employee relations, HR processes/policies, and more.

Erica Kosa obtained their MA in Organizational Leadership from Lewis University between 2010 and 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Radio-Television-Film, Communications Studies, and Business Foundations from The University of Texas at Austin between 2003 and 2006.
