Jennifer Ortiz

Jennifer Ortiz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product ownership and IT management. Currently serving as a Senior Product Owner at Subway since January 2022, Jennifer's previous roles at UDT from May 2011 to January 2022 included Agile Product Owner, IT Manager, Business Analyst, Systems Integration Specialist, and Accounting Support Specialist. Prior to that, Jennifer worked as an IT Client Liaison for Miami-Dade County Public Schools from February 2006 to May 2011. Jennifer holds a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University (2012-2014) and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Business Administration from Florida International University (2008-2010).
