Madeline Faison is an experienced technology management professional currently serving as Manager, Field Technology Partner at Restaurant Brands International since April 2022. In this role and simultaneously as Manager Field Technology at RBI International, Madeline focuses on service level management and improvements, ensuring excellence in customer experience. With a long tenure at Subway beginning in April 2010, key responsibilities have included overseeing the workflow and support for the Global POS Go Live project across 105 countries and managing technology service processes. Prior to these roles, Madeline held various positions in technology and customer support at companies including Ann Taylor, Aames, and Nabanco.
